Spotify Family

Spotify Family

I added my brother to spotify via the Family feature. He followed the link they sent and created an account. But his account shows as Free and he can't get the same features I have. How can I tell him to fix this? He is getting really frustrated cause it was a birthday present and he is having a lot of trouble

Make sure you have invited him to join your plan and read the family plan help guide:
