Spotify Family

Spotify Family

My husband and I both had individual premium Spotify accounts. I upgraded to Spotify family and sent him the link. Now for some reason when he tries to logon to his account to access his playlists, it says "you have already created an account with this email address". My issue is, yes he have and he wants to use that account so that he can access his music again. Is that possible to with Spotify family or does my husband now have to create a new account with a new email address?

Can he try resetting his password here?: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/

 

After that has been done, please try accepting the invite.
