Spotify Gift Cards?

i recieved a spotify gifty card for christmas, I entered the redeem pin in my account, though it won't allow me to select the 15 tracks to download, even though it clearly gives this option on the card. how do i rectify this so i can use the 15 downloads option?

Hey @gheckoman ! Welcome to the community 🙂

The downloads store was removed from Spotify quite a while back which is why the option is most likely missing, but any cards valid for downloads should be honoured. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to arrange this for you providing the gift card is still valid (they are only valid for 12 months after purchase). 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
