Spotify Is Scamming Me

I just got charged on my credit card and I didn't even know I have this service.  So I came here and logged into my account to cancel my account.  But I can't find anywhere that I can cancel my account.  I checked under help and it says go to Subscriptions and click on Cancel.  I went to Subscriptions and nowhere on that page is the word Cancel.  Obviously Spotify is trying to make it impossible to cancel.  Someone at Spotify better read this and help me cancel my account or next you will be dealing with my credit card company and it will be a waste of your time.  Stop trying to make money by cheating people and run a fair business.

Ok, now I found the solution!!!

I also subscribed on my iphone! Fact is, that nobody told me that it will cost 12,99 instead of 9,99 and nobody told me how to cancel!!!

Now I found out that i have to do this on my itunes account, where I found the Spotify premium active. There I could cancel it.

Very good work Apple and Spotify!!! Trying to be sarcastic!!! And then nobody knows how to handle that!!!

Subscriptions that are made through iTunes/Apple are dealt with via them directly.

 

Therefore; should anyone be looking to cancel the subscription, you would need to do so directly with them. Don't worry, you can reach to them/do so yourself over at this handy link here!

DO NOT USE SPOTIFY, I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED TWICE NOW AS I SET UP AND ACCOUNT FOR A FREE 30 DAY TRIAL, THEN COULD NOT GET ANY MUSIC, SO I ASSUMED THAT IT HAD NOT ACTIVATED, SO I FOOLISHLY SET ANOTHER ACCOUNT, THEN GOT CHARGED FOR THE FIRST ACCOUNT, AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS TO SPOTIFY, THEY HAVE NOT SORTED THIS OUT, NOW WITH MY SECOND ACOUNT, THEY WILL CHARGE ME TWICE FOR NO SERVICE AT ALL AS THEY HAVE WIPED OUT ALL THE MUSIC I HAVE DOWN LOAD, BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS

Lo mismo me ha sucedido. Cancelé una cuenta de mi hija hace más de un año y me siguen cobrando esa y la que actualmente utiliza ella. Envié varios correos y NO SE SOLUCIONA EL PROBLEMA. Lo que más me molesta es que no tengan un CALL CENTER donde yo pueda comunicarme y den la cara al cliente para cualquier asunto.
