I can't log in because my phone Spotify thinks I am abroad but I am not!

Make sure your account profile page country matches the country you are in. You can do so by clicking here: https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/.  If this does not work than try to reinstall the app. On the account page you can change your country. Hope this helps. Likes are appreciated.
