Spotify Made a Random Charge of £9.99!

It'd be nice to be able to speak to a person over the phone about this as it's a bit sensitive, but whatever.

Spotify recently charged my account £9.99, which is the price for premium, I don't have premium whilst using Spotify and the charge doesn't show up in my Spotify receipts. I'm not going to pay £9.99 for something I don't have, especially as that £9.99 could be used on something far more useful right now. 

Spotify, I applaude you.

Please resolve this asap, I will also be cancelling my subscription.

Hey @ChrisTuffur ! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the cpayments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get this sorted out. If that charge is not appearing in your receipts, then that is not the account you have been billed for. It sounds to me like you have either subscribed by accident on another account or someone else has used your card to subscribe. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
