PRemium account not working

PRemium account not working

Hi I live in spain and I just started the 30 day free trial of the premium account but it now any time i click on any song it says its not available in Spain.

Spotify content does vary depending on what country your account is registered in so if you have changed over from another country you may find that available content is different. 

 

If you could post a link to a track/album you are having issues with (right click > copy spotify uri) I can double check the availability of that track to rule out this being some other issue.

hi again, 

no song is available, none on my playlists or even the radio.

this is just an example MGMT – The Youth

Also no at the top of the page it says i exceeded the 10 hour limit for the month but thats the reason i signed up last night for spotify premium in the first place. 

Ah that sounds like your account hasn't updated for some reason. 

 

Can you just confirm your account is showing as Spotify Premium on your online account

Yes, i just did and it says i have an active spotify premium account.

Can you try a quick clean reinstallation of the client and see if that makes any difference?
