Spotify Premium 3 Months For $0.99

So I just bought $15 in ITunes money and I wanted to try the 3 months for $0.99 but I can't pay for this offer with my iTunes money. It only lets me pay for it with a credit card or I have to pay $12.99 for one month if I use my iTunes money. I'd really like it if someone could help me out.

The 3 months for 0.99 deal is only available if you pay with a credit card.

The reason why it is 12.99 through iTunes instead of the regular 9.99 on the Spotify website is because Apple charges a fee.

hi, im from Argentina. I submit to 3m for 1 dolar, with mi credit card. But when i look in to my account the ticket is full price, 9 dolars, like is there no promo..

I pay with credit card but when I got a message that I don't qualify. 

Is anybody is qualified? Is this a scam by Spotify?
