Spotify Premium Account gehackt! Upgrade auf Family ohne meine Zustimmung

Hallo!

Heute ist es nun schon zum zweiten Mal passiert. Mein Account wurde ohne meine Einwilligung auf Family umgestellt und ich hatte mir komplett fremde Namen in der Liste. Ich habe daraufhin meine Passwörter geändert (Facebook sowie das Spotify Passswort).

Da mein Account nun offensichtlich schon zum zweiten Mal gehackt wurde, bitte ich um Hilfe bzw. Ratschläge.

Darüber hinaus würde ich mich sehr um eine Antwort von Spotify direkt freuen, da offensichtlich erhebliche Sicherheitslücken im System existieren und ich keine Lust habe, mein Abo ständig umstellen zu müssen!
