Hey,

 

so I know this isn't the first time this question has been asked but I haven't been able to log into my main account [free service]. I know the account is still up because of the public playlists, just wondering why it would say that.

 

I've literally exhausted all my options so this is my last resort seeing as how emailing the support team didn't help at all either because all I get is a computerzied message telling me what I should reach out the support site with my questions, coming here to the community or post to twitter.

 

Just looking for a straightforward answer and not some wild goose chase.
