Spotify Premium Cancellation Error

I decided I wanted to cancel my spotify premium, and after going through the cancellation process, an error came up that just said "something went wrong," at the top of the page. I was redirected to the main cancellation page, told to try again. I did so three or four times, and each time, after I logged in with Facebook, I was told there was an error. What do I do? How do I cancel my subscription if the cancellation process consistently fails?

Have you tried a different browser or computer?

Usually the "something went wrong" error can be fixed by trying another browser.
