How can i avail spotify premium.. My mode of payment is by a globe prepaid but i cannot subscribe on it..?

Hi @pahingalojenebe. What I'm finding is that to active your subscription you'll want to go here. If you're still having troubles after that, then it looks like you'll need to get in touch with Globe to make sure everything is set up properly, and they should be able to help you.

I have a Spotify Premium account. A few weeks ago I had to change my Apple 6 phone to a new Apple 6 because of technical difficulties. The Spotify app was transferred but not the Premium feature which I am still paying for as a  direct debit from my bank account. How do I resolve this problem and have the Premium feature directed to my new phone?

Hey @golfinnportsea. You'll need to log into your app with the same credentials you used on your previous phone. Hope this clears things up.
