Spotify Premium Payment issues

When i tried to buy the "summer premium deal" it didnt work.

I have tried to type my card info in about 5 times now and it says "payment process failed"

Why Spotify Why? I just want my music i love 😞

Neverr had this happen before and i know i have money on my card too.

I would suggest getting in touch as mentioned above, the support guys can take a look for you. If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

When paying by card, it is important your card meets all of the requirements here:

Similarily for PayPal, your account needs to meet all of the criteria here, including being linked to a valid credit or debit card (just a bank account won't work):

Same problem here, only with paypal.

Hello.  I subscribed to Spotify today when I discovered Pandora had made a mess of things.

 

I tried to sign up for the Summer Special (pay for 1 month subscription for $9.99 and get 2 additional months for free, but it didn't work and my account says I will be charged the $9.99 every month.

 

Does anyone know what the solution is to this?  Or is there a way to contact Spotify and get an answer??
