My premium account is through my facebook account... However, when i log in with the facebook email and password, its giving me a 'free' account, without all my playlists etc. No idea what to do as im still being charged...ive had the premium account for about 7 months so no idea why its not working suddenly

I seems like you may have created a new account, what does it say under your account profile under subscriptions?
This is the same person who created the message- Now it's saying The original 'Gemmmm' is associated with another account...becoming tedious now.
-When I logged in it said 'free' so panicking, I entered the same card details to set up premium, but later cancelled after realising i couldnt use my 'NUS' discount that i had initially used.
