Hello,

 

I recently signed up for the Spotify Premium account. I have invited my parents as well as my sister and my brother in law, who all currently live at the same residence as me.

 

They have continued to receive emails asking for them to verify their address. After entering in the same postal code that we all share, they receive a message saying they are unable to verify the address. This results in their account being changed to a spotfiy free account. Is there anyway to actually contacty someone from Spotify to fix this? or is the Community the only type of support Spotfiy offers?

Normally going in and changing your location to the same address and then retrying works. If your profile says you live in different houses the premium wont go through.
