Spotify Student Not Working

I have signed up for the spotify student discount and got accepted. However, when I go to my Spotify subscriptions page it shows that the subscription for premium is still $10. How can I get this fixed? I currently have a trial subscription, could that be causing it?

I have the same problem.  I've had spotify premium for 3 months now, and Sheer ID verification confirmed my student status.  When I follw the direction to apply the discount, however, it just leads me to the subscription page that tells me that I am under 9.99/month plan.  Do I have to wait for few days to see the discount get applied?

I've seen cases where the amount shown in the account overview has simply failed to update but you can get in touch with the payment team here to make sure that the discount will be applied to future payments. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it by email and you will hear back from one of the team shortly.
