 Hi! My name is Kaitlin, for some reason my debit card was charged for spotify when I never signed up to have it. I want to know how to get it to make sure that I will not be charged again and how to get my money back for something I didn't order and ended up paying for.

Chances are, you signed up for the Spotify Premium free trial, in which case the subscription auto-renewed when your free time ran out.

 

In order to ensure you won't be charged again, please make sure you follow these steps to cancel your subscription: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_settings/how-to-cancel-your-subscription/

 

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
