Premium Subscription canceled before ended

Hi, I paid for annual premium subscription on April 18, 2016 and Spotify just remove my premium subscription and now I just have the basic free subscription, there is no really help center or phone number to contact them. I can see in my account the receipt from last April full paid so I want to know how to restore my premium subscription and the days they took away

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
