I've recently started using Spotify with premium account. I also got a cell phone and plan through Rogers and I got Spotify free for 6 months and I'm still getting emails saying that my payment didn't go through. It shouldn't go through cause I have it free for 6 months anyone else have this problem.

Hi @Deryaw81!

 

In order to activate your Premium subscription with Rogers, you'll first need for your account to be reverted to Free. After that, you can contact Rogers so they can activate the subscription on your account.
