Spotify and Sonos Link

I'm trying to sync my spotify account with a Sonos sound system but when I attempt to "set the device password" it tells me there's an issue because i have previously signed in using Facebook. So it doesn't appear i'm able to login directly using a username/pass. Does anyone have a solution?
