Spotify doesn't recognise my email address to log on, yet tells me it is already registered.

Spotify doesn't recognise my email address to log on, yet tells me it is already registered.

When I try to log into Spotify it tells me my email address is not associated with an active Spotify account. Yet when I try to register for Spotify it tells me my email address is already registered. And if I try to sign in through Facebook Safari tells me it cannot reach the relevant page. Is there some way to de-register my email address from Spotify and start all over again?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours!
