Account has reset

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. My housemate set up Spotify family, so I logged out and back in again and I've lost all my music, playlist and downloaded albums. There's no option to recover anything? Please help!

That's not cool! It sounds like you have a second account. Could you check that using this guide? Let me know how it goes.
