Spotify doesn't recognize my email or username

I keep entering the email that I definetly made my account with and Spotify is not recognizing it. It says it's valid when trying to enter password, but when I say I forgot my passoword it tells me there is no email. I have a premium subscription. I have no way to cancel it if I can't log on. I enjoyed using Spotify but if I can't log on, and I can't call customer service how am I going to fix this. I just payed 10 dollars this month for an app that won't let me use it.
