Spotify doesn’t work on the app but only on the web site

My Question or Issue

my spotify works only on the web site but not on the app. if i try it on the app, it says that i need to put my email and password but when i do it it says “you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days. Update your location at Spotify.com to continue using it. And so i did but it still doesn’t work. If i try to login without the password, spotify sends me an email and when i try to go in from there it says that the link is not valid. what should i do?

Thanks for reaching out.

As outlined here, you can only use Spotify for 14 days with a free account when traveling abroad. If you've updated your country settings but are still having trouble logging in, we'd suggest updating your password here and trying again.
