Spotify error aboard

I created Spotify in NZ where I live but after two weeks of using it, it kicked me out saying that I can't use aboard more than 14 days but I haven't left the country and I don't know why it is doing this

If you’re a Free customer, remember you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days at a time. Please reconnect to Spotify from the country you signed up in, or change your country setting here: https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting/.

Yo no puedo suscribirme a la cuenta primium de mi padre y resido en la misma localidad, no se que hacer porque dice, "no se ha comproboda que residas en esa ubicacion" y obviamente si vivo con mi padre
