Spotify family

Spotify family

I don't understand how Spotify family works. I have upgraded, and invited my mother and sister. I have tried so send invites on Facebook and roost but when they click at the link they get the message that they are already in the membership.. So I don't know what to do...

Each family member has to have a separate username and password. Have they created their accounts yet?

 

If not, they can create them here:

I suggest creating them with an email address, since they'll be able to pick a spotify username / password. Using facebook will not let them do that, and that sometimes causes problems.

 

You'll now have a Free account, so the next step is for them to join your Family plan (You're the one who pays, so you'll be the Family Admin).
 
Send the invites to the email you used to create your new accounts. Each should accept their respective invite and you'll be set. All of you will be able to listen to music at the same time, and will have separate libraries, playlists and friends.
