Spotify for Family - Invitation Problems

Spotify for Family - Invitation Problems

Hi guys,

My mother has created a Spotify for Family account so she sent me an invitation. When I click the invitation link, a similar message appears: "Unfortunately, we cannot add you to this Spotify for Family account cause you already have a premium account from another store (such as Itunes or mobile company)".

Information that may be important:
- I don't have any other account on Spotify.
- I formated my cellphone a couple of days ago, but I kept the same android version I had before.
- I don't have any premium account from Itunes or from my mobile company.
- When I am using Spotify on Mac and I click the button "Devices Available", my cellphone name appears with the message: "Premium users only".
- My mother's account is working properly on both notebook and android.

What should I do?
