Spotify for family problems

The good news is I've transferred from Apple music to Spotify for Family.  The bad news is I'm having trouble adding my family members.

 

All four other people have been invited and they've logged in with my details.  But when one tries to play something on their phone, the music is taken from someone else's phone - just like Premium for one!

 

What am I missing.  Please help

Hey @thecanines,

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan need to have their own account to be able to listen to music at the same time. If they don't have an account yet, they can sign up here: https://spotify.com/signup

 

If they already have an account, they can join the plan by accepting the invite that you sent them. 🙂
