Spotify, help!

I got a new credit card and put it in today. All my playlist are showing and workin on the computer but on my phone it says I have to pay for premium content. Moderators, please help! I'm at the beach with no music!! 🙂 I love Spotify!

I've had a look at your account and it seems we've had a little trouble taking the payment. Could you check the details are all correct and try resubscribing?

Dang. Just heard a commercial on the computer. Maybe it takes time for the charge to complete? It's been about an hour.

I put a new card in and thought it would charge it. I didn't know you had to subscribe again...I felt like that would give me another account. I think it's worked, it went in and chose the premium.

Ah yes, we don't start taking the money straight away unless you tell us to. I can imagine we'd run into problems if we did that.

 

But it looks like you're back up and running with Premium now, enjoy.
