Spotify in Cuba after a month

Spotify in Cuba after a month

I have been in Cuba for over a month now and all my downloaded playlists have disappeared. I realized now that you must log in at least once every 30 days to verify payment but I can't go online in cuba. I can sign in on the website to access my account here, but no music. I also updated my app no problem on my iPhone and now I can't log in at all. Does anyone have a solution to this?

 

if not do you know if I can get a refund for the month I just paid for. I paid a whole month on sept 23 and it was cut off sept 26.

Welcome to the community!

 

Unfortunately, the only solution that I know of is logging into your Spotify with the device that you are using it on. 

 

In regards to a refund, you will have to contact the payment team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if it's from no-reply) and one of the customer service agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
