Spotify in Romania

Hi guys, i hope i post right here, i read a lot and i think this is the right place, if is not, really sorry.

I read some stuff on the internet that say a contract was signed and in 20 March 2014 will have Spotify in Romanian, but i`m really confused because i dont see to be avaible. And my question is, when people from Romanian can enjoy this awesome app and listeting to music from everywhere ? 

However, i really appreciate people who read this. And i wish you to have a good afternoon. Waiting for an answer, and sorry for my bad english.
