Spotify is acting up

ok, so basically i'm trying to cancel my subscription, and when i have spotify up (the player) on the pc, it says at the top that i have premium

then i click the link from the menu to open up my account page on the website, click the subscription link

but then it says that i do not have premium, so i can't seem to be able to cancel it from there

this is bugging me and i don't really know what is up with this

can anyone think of what is going on?

i'm sorry but the tips did not help with my problem, i still reach the same page through which cancels are made, which is not possible for me, not through there at least
