Spotify is charging me 9.99 and I do not even have a Spotify account

Spotify is charging me 9.99 and I do not even have a Spotify account

Can any customer service help me? I am being charged 9.99 a month and I do not even use spotify. I also never authorized spotify to take these charges from my card.

Hey @juancleon, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

What may have happened is you forgot to cancel your subscription after testing out a free Premium trial. What you can do is contact Spotify customer service if you think you are eligible for a refund.

 

The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
