Spotify is stealing from me

Canceled premium subscription back in August, yet my CC is still being charged every month. Had to challenge them with the bank. Latest one just showed up yesterday. This is outrageous - what kind of "reputable" company continues to dip into a former customer's credit?

It needs to stop now. If you finally open a private channel of communication, I can provide evidence.

It says I have no payment info* on file, and that I have "Spotify Free". Further, on the Payment History page, none of the errant charges are noted.

*I had specifically removed my CC after the previous round of errant charges to prevent any subsequent theft. Yet somehow, you still have my CC info stored somewhere and are still dipping into my account.
