Spotify keeps playing random playlists and skipping my songs and podcasts.

Hi, I've had this problem for almost a month now and I'm at my wit's end.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out everywhere, changing my password, just straight up waiting, and NOTHING is working. There's an unidentified web chrome player that's connected which I think is where it's coming from. Is there any way to remove this player without having to go offline? 

Or is there anything else I can do that I may have missed? This is extremely frustrating considering the playlists are always by "Moneytree Entertainment" and plays a lot of vulgar and uncomfortable songs that I super don't want to be in my history.

This happens on both my mobile (Google Pixel) and my PC.

Please help, I'd rather not pay premium for a service I can't even use.

Hi, I've already followed this to a tee aside from just getting in contact with spotify. Is that all I can do at this point?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide any help regarding accounts that are being used by someone else.
