Spotify library has not transferred to new phone & no email link

Recently transferred app from old phone to new & app crossed over but not linked to my account. Email with link from spotify does not log in to my account either. Been over an hour now trying to sort this & getting very frustrated. Have used saved usernames/passwords from another device but still won’t let me add my library. Help please!

Do you still have your old phone and are logged into the Spotify app on there? If so, just head into the Spotify app, go into Settings, then click on Account. It should show you your username there 🙂
