Spotify not allowing me to do promotions

Spotify not allowing me to do promotions

I recently made an account on spotify and I wanted to do the offer of the three months for $.99 but when I tried to do that, it said that I had already accepted an offer like this which is impossible since I just made the account. What should I do?

Has the payment mehod been used for Spotify Premium in the past?

No it has not been used because i havent ever had premium before.

Alright, please reach out to Spotify Support so they can check if you qualify for the offer.
