Spotify permanently hijacked

1) I had the spotiamb 0.2.1 issue. 

2) I have reset 4 times and deauthed everything and changed my facebook password

3) I cannot unlink facebook and I have a Family account subscription.

4) I reset this morning again and all morning every hour or so my Amazon Dot starts playing spotify at full volume, on my mobile the available devices are My mobile, amazon dot and Spotiamb 0.2.1 - 

I am getting close to cancelling my subscription even though i use spotify a lot. 

Why can i not set a password on spotify and have to use facebook and how can i stop these hackers from waking me up at 2am with loud music out of my device (or turning it off when i am listening to something)

just happened again but spotiamb was not showing about 2 minutes ago but now it is.
