Spotify premium and Sonos

I am thinking about upgrading to Spotify premium, but I cannot find anything about how it can be used on my Sonos system:

I have four Sonos zones, does this mean I can run different Spotify playlists simultaneously? And if a Spotify stream is running in a Sonos zone - can I run a Spotify stream on my PC or mobile phone at the same time?
