Spotify premium is not lettin me go

Spotify premium is not lettin me go

Hey. I have been paying for spotify premium over 2 years. And it wont let me cancel my subscription. I have tried the last 3 months. i go in. Cancel my subscription. Waits 2-3 days and they still take my money... In the start i thought i did something wrong. But now it is just stupid, that they still are taking my money. last year i sended a mail where i got of my premium for 2-3 months. I started gettting money again. i opgrade it again. Had premium for a year and wanted to cancel it again. But they still take my money again.....

Hey @Andershc,

 

Most frequently when a user continues being charged after having canceled, it is because the cancellation process was actually never completed. You can check on this one of two ways. The first is to visit your subscriptions page and see what the system states. Alternatively, you can check your email for a confirmation email. Upon a successful cancellation you should receive an email confirming that your subscription has been canceled.

If either method suggest that you are still enrolled in a Premium subscription, please try cancelling again, this time being conscious of receiving the cancellation email. The process asks you a few times if “you’re really sure” you’d like to cancel, and if not careful, these steps can be overlooked. If, however, all indications are that you did successfully cancel, then you may have a second account.

i have a second, but is not used. I have been trying to find a way to get direct contact to spotify. But somehow i can't find the right email.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
