Spotify premium stopped working after 7 days

19th of may i bought Spotify premium for 1 month. Now suddenly after 7 days it changed back to Spotify free. I paid for 1 month so this is really strange. Does anybody recognise this, or know a solution?

My account history says i bought Spotify premium for 7 days. But i paid 10 euro's for the whole month right?

Hi @Elpabloo and welcome to the community! When you go to this page and look under subscription status, what does it say you have and when does it say it expires/renews?

It's worth checking your email, you get an email receipt when you set up your recurring subscription or redeem a gift card. That email will contain the username of the account you have upgraded (if it's a number, you have upgraded an account tied to your Facebook login).
