Spotify rechaza mi tarjeta

hola quiero hacerme premium y cuando ingreso mi tarjeta me rechaza el pago y me dice que intente con otro metodo de pago, tengo una tarjeta de credito visa que tiene saldo pero no me deja. Tiene que poder hacer compras internacionales mi tarjeta?
