Spotify says I need to upgrade to premium when I have a premium account

Hi, I went on to Spotiify yesterday and any song I tried to play I got a message saying I have to upgrade to Spotify premium. I have been paying and having access with no problems for months and I don't understand why I have had my subscription stopped. The last payment came out of my bank account on 18th April 2012 but no payment was taken yesterday the 18th May 2012. Any help would be much appreciated!!!!

Okay 🙂 

 

Sometimes it can take a while for your subscription to appear on all devices. Try logging out of the spotify app, fully rebooting your phone and then signing in again.

Just try to log out and then log in back.

I have logged out and back in several times on different devices but it still says I have to upgrade. I sent a contact form away and on it it says my service is 'freespotify' not premium!

It looks like we weren't able to take the payment from your card this month so your account has reverted back to free. Can you check that the card hasn't expired?

Thank you for reply. I did consider it was my bank as I get paid weekly and all my direct debits come out on a Friday. It just so happens that the Spotify payment was due on a Friday this month and my wage may not have went in when Spotify tried to take the payment. So how do I get my account back to premium?

I had the same issue, I even put my new card on the account and it still tells me I need premium

I had the same problem.. But then I tried premium for free.. But now I don't know how to quite premium! And I don't want it any more? Do u Know what to do???

I got the free 30 days premium membership but my app says I still need a premium membership and won'tChet me do any of the things premium members are supposed to do. I've logged out and back in multiple times and I don't know what else to do.

The system might just have been a bit slow in bumping you up to Premium. Are you still having issues?

My account says that I'm using spotify free but I have payed for premium and I've got an receipt for the payment and my bank says the money has drawn from my account!

As the topic says i have problem with my account. When i try to play a song the message; Premium requierd, Spotify Premium is requierd for ondemand mobile streaming. it's free to stream on desktop. 

I have premium account so i dont understand why this message come.

I have just purchased premium and I have the receipt and the money has been taken from my account. However, whenever I try to use premum features it say I need to upgrade. When i try to upgrade again I am told that I already have a premium account. This is very frustrating and I don't want to pay for something I'm not able to use.
