Spotify set to offline so can't log in

When I click on Spotify app x instead of it taking me to my music x a page appears asking me to log in x when I attempt to log in x a message appears saying I can't log in as I am set to offline x had this problem since last night x help please x

Are you using Facebook to log into Spotify? And if so, did you recently change your password?

Hi x no I'm not using Facebook x I never have done - any other ideas?

Sorry for the late response. Have you tried a clean reinstall?

Note: After deleting the client, make sure there are no files left in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify before installing it again!

Hi - I deleted app and reinstalled it and it is now working but I had re
download all my tracks - this is about the fourth time I've had to do this
since subscribing to Spotify - if it happens again I'm afraid I'll be
looking round for a new app x thanks x kat x
