Spotify still taking money

Spotify still taking money

It's 3 or 4 month that I disabled Spotify Premium and he's still taking money from my credit card and from another credit card correlated on paypal with the same name. How can I resolve? T

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they should be able to cancel that subscription for you (most likely a duplicate account somewhere) and look into processing a refund if you have not been using the service. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
