Spotify subscription

I've paid for a month subscription but I'm still using Sptify Free. It automatically charges my account every month and it has never been trouble until now.

 

What do I do?

is it possible to move a spotify subscription from one account to the other?

Because I found it that the premium is on my other account ( which I don't use anymore).
