Spotify through Rogers

Spotify through Rogers

I have set up the Spotify benefit through my Rogers cellular account and it says it is activated.  This was done several months ago, including the cancellation of my account, and the reactivation through the Rogers website - as instructed.  Rogers is showing that it is activated and reflects my correct Spotify account name, but I have been charged each month through PayPal still.  How can I get this properly associated and be reimbursed for those payments?
