Is there a way to see if family members are actually using our family plan?

I have a family plan and want to remove any of my kids who aren't actually using the service. Is there a way to tell whether an account is actively used?

My family plan looks like this (see picture). If a user isn't active, I'm sure this would show in someway. Check and see if any of your kids are marked as unactive?

Thanks for your response. Mine all show as active too but I only took that to mean that they have access, not that they are actually using the service.

Does anyone know the answer to this?
