Spotify won't delete my Account

I have contacted spotify for the third time now to delete my Account.

Cause is I was curious and accidentally signed in via facebook and now I want to correct this. I'd also be happy when this forums account could be deleted too, as I want to reregister. Unfortunately I don't have a ticket number (contact form's changed also). But I could provide responsible persons with information they need.

How often shall I use that form? If I do it again that'd make it the fourth time.

You can give it another try, just keep in mind our Accounts team takes up to 48 hours to reply. You can also get in touch with them through Twitter. If you decide to do it again via Email and you receive an automated response reply to it. They´ll be able to chase it up.
