Spotify won't let me log in on my own computer

Hi,

I've seen this problem posted about but it seems there's no way to get in contact directly from Spotify, and I never saw those answers resolved, so I'm posting here. Sorry for a repeat question.

I can't log in to Spotify. I used to have an account through Facebook, but then I made another account because I didn't want my accounts linked. On the new account, I joined PREMIUM. So there is money being paid here. However, the Spotify program on my PC will not let me log in to the account on which I have Premium (my non-Facebook account). I've changed my password, quit the program, re-installed it, everything. It refuses to accept any log in credentials accept the one for my old acount through Facebook. So basically I can't access my Premium account. It is being paid for but not listened to because I cannot access it. I can access it on my phone just fine, but not with my laptop.

What's the deal here? Why can't I log in? Why won't it accept my credentials? I've re-installed the program for God's sake.

I've spent 30 minutes on this. Your solution is not one. I'm deleting. Apparently no contact info means you have enough that work without mine.
